I don't know about this. You know how I 'free and easy' am , but I still found reasons to think that it was pretty careless and insensitive of the Times to publish this cartoon and not think that it would offend no one. I can see the side that should take any offense from, also, but I can't help but to think there should have been more thought involved to prevent this from happening.

Very sorry to hear this. Guiness was a great dog and a noted addition to our Norfolk brewing sessions. He could drink beer with the best of us. We also lost a dog to cancer so I can relate to your saddness. Sorry you have to start your Radford life with this type of saddness. Tom B

We're sorry to hear about Guiness. If he can't lay next to Molson, bring one of his cherished possessions by our house and we'll bury it next to Molson.

Guiness was lucky to have such a caring family take care of him. And you all were lucky to have him as part of your family. Goodbye Guiness. You will be greatly missed.

When we lived in Virginia Beach, an SUV pulled out right in front of me going across my lane (I was in the middle of three lanes). She gunned it and I hit the brakes when we saw each other to try to avoid the collision. Unfortunately we weren't fast enough...because we hit and she flipped on over and landed wheels up. I had Wesley and Nathan in the minivan that day (Nate was only 3 months old). Everyone (including the little girl in the SUV) was ok...all because seatbelts and car seats. Everytime Wesley tries to not where his seatbelt...I remind him of the car that flipped...he doesn't hesitate. It's been almost 2 years and he still remembers.
